小吳 VBQA 程式設計討論

小弟於香港某軟件開發公司工作,
近日公司接到一個Project,
由於小弟經驗尚淺,
不能應付。
請問有沒有專家們可抽空幫助小弟完成?
(酬金約為US$2500 - US$4000美金)
或提供一些建議給小弟?

相關Project內容及要求如下:
We need someone to do the intranet part for us. Major functions will be online chatroom, with file exchange capacity, whiteboard function, (webcam), and newsgroup, i.e. using Java Servlet.

We want it all to be in one - two pages max.　protected by individual user's authentification. We have our own company's color code and preliminary layout plan avail. Upon completion, we wish to have all the source code and design layout and flow chat for retention.
We use NT Server 4.0 SP5 run on a Pentium III 600MHz Compaq PC in our office. We have our own leased line from Supernet.

For the programming language thing, we don't have any preference, as long as it is fast and can provide authentification when access. We have our own website so what we need now is a accessible link to a tailored made page(s) to / a web interface for our colleagues (senior) to have chatroom online, exchange info, possible view web cam and a white board function. Online polling will be nice but not necessary. Other than that, you are free to design.
