本人做了一個有 timer 的 ActiveX Control, 但發現如果在 design time 時把這個 control 拉到 form 中, 那個 control 的 timer function 就會立即啟動, 有沒有辦法可以令 control 內的 timer function 不要在 design time 的時候執行?
