Since I can't type Chinese words, I describe my questions in English.
1. How can I make objects like scroll bar and menu bar movable at runtime(i.e. I can drag any objects at any
position within a form when running the program)?
2. How can I create a toolbox like that in VB for a program?
I'm a freshman of VB programming, and I need to solve these problems for my project. Hope someone can
help me solve them by stating the methods, or the books or other media that mentions about the possible
solution.
